Our client Audrey actually first noticed this detached property two years before she bought it, she was walking passed and thought it would be a lovely home to downsize to. Then by luck when it came to her moving in 2004, the property was on the market! As it gets warmer she loves spending time in the conservatory looking at the beautiful South-West rear garden. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms means there’s plenty of space for when guests come to stay. Stumperlowe View is a brilliant location, it’s an incredibly quiet road and the shops and cafe at Fulwood Village are within walking distance.
Coming through the front door, initially into the porch then the hallway. On the right is the downstairs WC then the cloak cupboard and on the left, the dining room. At the end of the hallway on the right is the lounge and the kitchen, to the left are two bedrooms and stairs to the first floor. The lounge is a spacious room with a chimney breast, fireplace and gas fire within. From the lounge, there are French doors into the beautiful conservatory that looks onto the rear garden.
The kitchen has an external door to the side of the property, there are plenty of units and worktop space and a fixed breakfast table. Further storage is provided by a large cupboard that currently has the washing machine and fridge freezer in there. The dining room has more than enough room for a large dining table with chairs and room to spare.
Bedroom one is at the back of the property, this is a double with built-in wardrobes, views of the rear garden and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is next door, this is another double bedroom at the front of the property, again with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom three has a window on the side of the property with beautiful views, there is also a Velux window. Bedroom four is slightly smaller, with another Velux window.
Externally, at the front of the property, there is off-street parking with a lawn and flowerbeds to the side. The garage is accessed by an electric roller shutter door, there is also access from the side of the property. Directly at the back of the property, there is a patio, a great spot to unwind as it gets the sun from late morning into the evening. The garden is a good size without feeling overwhelming, there is a lawn and well-maintained flowerbeds.
