This superb three bedroom, two bathroom home in Nether Green is a perfect property for anyone looking to be close to Endcliffe/Bingham Park, brilliant local shops and Ecclesall Road. Inside there is a beautiful open plan dining kitchen and a huge master bedroom.

Like many of Sheffield terrace properties, the entrance is at the back and leads into the kitchen. The kitchen was installed and opened into the dining room in 2018, the kitchen itself is a stunning Shaker style with integrated induction electric hob with extractor fan above, grill/oven, dishwasher with space/plumbing for a washing machine and tall fridge freezer.

Opening the off-shot kitchen into the dining room has created a wonderful room, perfect for socialising with family and friends. There is a window looking onto the rear garden and Velux window in the off shot allowing plenty of natural light in. The cellar is also accessed from the dining area via the cellar head.

The cellar runs under the front of the property and is used for storage. This is the location of utility meters and electrical consumer unit.

Across the stairs to the upper floors is the living room. The living room has some fantastic period features including bay window, coving, picture rails and chimney breast on one wall. There is also the composite front door.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom one is at the front of the property, this is a very large double bedroom with two windows and chimney breast on one wall. Bedroom two is across the landing and is another double bedroom, currently used as a nursery. The main bathroom has a simple white three-piece suite with P-shaped bath with shower above, WC and washbasin.

In the attic is bedroom three, this is a spacious double bedroom with a Velux window at the front and access to the eaves of the roof. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Externally at the front is a small front garden. The rear garden is tarmacked directly outside the house then there is a large decking, absolutely perfect for BBQs and entertaining friends and family. There are two outhouses that provide brilliant storage space.

WHAT THE VENDOR SAYS
"We have loved living on Cruise Road and will be sad to leave our lovely house. We have really enjoyed the proximity to great parks and woods and had many happy days walking though Whiteley Woods up to Forge Damn and beyond, or strolling and relaxing in Endcliffe and Bingham Parks. Being a fifteen minute walk through the park to Ecclesall and Sharrow Vale Road has also been great for socialising and for all the amenities they have to offer. We have really loved living in our house for the past five years, and since opening up the kitchen in 2018 have enjoyed a sociable cooking and living space. The deck in the garden is lovely for eating and relaxing outside in the summer and the house is cosy and welcoming in the winter. It has given us such joy since we moved in, and we hope it can do the same for the next owner."

Nether Green is a leafy suburb that is incredibly popular with all types as it is a short walk from brilliant shops, pubs/bars, cafes and restaurants on Ecclesall Road, Ranmoor, Fulwood as well as its having it's own. Great for anyone who enjoys being outside as just around the corner is Endcliffe Park, Bingham Park and Forge Dam. Then just a short drive away is the incredible countryside in the Peak District. The city centre is also within walking distance but there are also many buses going there and to the train station.
