Here's what our clients told us when we asked what they love about living in their property, "One of the things we’ve loved most about living here is the private garden, it’s beautifully sheltered, making it a real sun trap in the summer, perfect for barbecues or just relaxing with a book. The mature bushes create a lovely sense of seclusion, and there’s plenty of space to sit and unwind.

Upstairs, the top-floor bedroom is such a peaceful retreat. It’s so light and airy, and the views stretching over Sheffield are incredible, especially at sunset. We’ve also really appreciated how much practical storage the house has, from the cellar to the eaves and understairs cupboards, there’s always been plenty of space to keep everything organised.

The location has been fantastic too. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Aesthete in Crosspool for brunch or Crumb in Crookes for fresh pastries and fresh bread at the weekend. We’ve loved being able to take walks up to Bole Hill for the views or heading down towards Rivelin for a countryside escape. And since renovating the bathroom, even something as simple as having a bath feels like a real treat at the end of the day!"

Step into this lovely home through the back door and you’re welcomed into the off-shot, leading straight into the stylish dining kitchen. Modern gloss units provide plenty of storage, and you’ll find integrated appliances including a dishwasher, electric oven/grill, gas hob, and fridge/freezer, with space for a washing machine too. There’s also a handy nook for hanging coats and access to the cellar, which runs beneath the front and back of the property – ideal for extra storage.

Across the bottom of the stairs is the cosy living room – a comfortable space with plenty of room to relax, featuring a chimney breast, a window looking out to the front, and an external front door.

Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms and a beautifully finished bathroom. The main bedroom at the front is a good-sized double with useful storage under the stairs. The second bedroom overlooks the rear garden and makes a lovely nursery, home office or guest room. The bathroom has a modern feel, complete with a bath and shower over, WC, washbasin with built-in storage, and a heated towel rail.

The third bedroom is a generous double in the attic, filled with natural light thanks to Velux windows at both the front and back, plus extra storage cleverly tucked away in the eaves.

Outside, the rear garden offers a fantastic sense of privacy with no neighbouring rights of way – a real bonus. It’s fully paved, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by greenery.

Crosspool is an incredibly popular suburb west of Sheffield City Centre. Its popularity is due to its easy access to the city centre, many hospitals and both universities as well as the surrounding stunning countryside including Redmires Reservoirs, Wyming Brook, Rivelin Valley and even Ladybower Reservoir. Another attractive feature is the local schools that are rather good and outstanding by Ofsted for all ages. Within Crosspool there are fantastic independent cafes, coffee shops, butchers, a pharmacy, a dentist, and hairdressers as well as GT News, Tesco and Spar.
