When our clients bought this property five years ago, they fell in love with the unique character, charm, and it’s history. The location was perfect; there are fantastic cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby in Nether Green, Ranmoor, and Ecclesall Road is within walking distance.

At weekends and in the summer evenings, they loved walking down to Endcliffe and Bingham Park or into the Mayfield Valley. They mentioned the garden is a real suntrap and as it’s set back from the road and elevated, it's private from people walking by.

The entrance to the property is through the front door, which leads into the cosy living room with space for seating. At the back of the room is access to the kitchen, here there is a worktop and units on one wall then a breakfast bar and more storage opposite. The cupboard under the stairs has more storage space and provides access to the cellar that runs under the kitchen.

On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and views over the garden. The bathroom is a really good size, there is room for a bath, a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a WC.

Externally, the front garden is South-East facing so it gets a fantastic amount of sun, there are beautiful established flowerbeds and plenty of room for sitting outside with family and friends. There is also an outhouse that is used for storage.
