When our client was looking for his first property 12 years ago, he was always focused on Crookes due to the vibrant high street with independent shops and being spoilt for choice with pubs and restaurants. Bradley Street caught his eye as its stone fronted and was larger than most terraces as it goes over the ginnel. The road is also slightly wider meaning parking is much easier than other places.

Since living here, they’ve really enjoyed the cosiness of the living room with the log burner in autumn and winter. Then in summer, the rear garden has been a great spot for plenty of BBQ’s over the years. The room sizes and two bathrooms have been brilliant, especially for when guests stay the night, they’ll definitely miss the view from the attic bedroom..

Like most Sheffield terraces the current owners use the back door as the main entrance. This leads into the dining kitchen, the kitchen itself is an L shape with beautiful shaker style units above and below the solid oak worktop that has a Belfast sink in front of the window. In terms of appliances, there is space for a 900mm range cooker, integrated fridge and dishwasher. On the far wall are the breakfast bar and door leading to the cellar.

Across the stairs to the upper floors is the cosy living room. This is a great room with a bay window at the front next to the external door. On the party wall is the chimney breast with a multi-fuel stove within and bespoke shelving to one side.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and the house bathroom. Bedroom one is at the front of the property, this is a large double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom two is a slightly smaller double bedroom at the rear of the house. Next-door is the house bathroom that has two washbasins WC and bath with shower above.

In the attic is bedroom three, this is a spacious double bedroom with a large dormer window at the back and in the corner is the separate WC.

Externally at the front of the property there is a small low maintenance front garden. At the back of the property is the South-East facing rear garden, at the back of the property it is paved then there is a large decking, great for parties and BBQ's in the summer!

General information
The property tenure is leasehold with approximately 675 years left on the lease, the ground rent is £3 per year.

Crookes is an incredibly popular suburb with all types as it has a fantastic variety of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As with many areas of Sheffield, you don’t have to go far for greenspace, there is the small park on Lydgate Lane and Bolehills Park is just slightly further away. For those that want beautiful countryside, you don't have to travel far. Rivelin Valley Nature Trail, Damflask Reservoir and Ladybower Reservoir are just a few places a short drive away.
