When our clients were looking for their first home 6 years ago they were initially drawn to Weston View because of the location. “Everything we need is close by, with plenty of shops and cafes in Crookes and Broomhill. There are lots of parks and green spaces nearby such as Weston Park and Bolehills which is especially beautiful at sunset. Whilst not as exciting but important, the apartment has an allocated parking space which is great, it’s also next to a bus route.

Inside the apartment, we always liked the open-plan kitchen/living/dining room and having two bathrooms is really handy! Being on the top floor also gives us great views and the apartment get so much light, especially in the mornings. It’s lovely to have the balcony doors open when the sun comes through.

We’ve really enjoyed living here, it’s a quiet development and the neighbours are really friendly. There’s a nice mix of people that live in the complex, from young professionals to families, there’s a WhatsApp group you can join if you wish.

Entering the apartment there is the entrance hallway, first to the right is bedroom two, a double bedroom at the back of the building. Bedroom one is next door, this is a slightly larger double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The en suite has a large shower, washbasin and WC. The main bathroom is a good size and includes a bath with shower above, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

The open-plan kitchen/living/dining room is at the front of the building, this is a light and spacious room with a Juliet balcony and window to the side.
