Our client bought this property with her husband 32 years ago; they were moving from Crookes, looking for a family home in the catchment area for good schools. Crosspool was perfect and they fell in love with the house as soon as they viewed it. The house sits near the end of the road, close to the allotments and a short walk to the local shops and schools, the garden was exactly the right size and it's flat, which is rare for Sheffield. Now it's time to move on; our client has said how she'll miss the community on her road and in Crosspool in general. She told us how the area has a real "village feel" to it, with neighbours looking out for each other and helping out when needed.

Entrance to the property is through the front door and into the hallway. To the left is the dining room, then the living room, at the end of the hallway is the kitchen and straight ahead are stairs to the first floor. The dining room is a good size with a bay window at the front. The living room has plenty of space for seating, there is a bay window and lovely views of the rear garden. Currently, the kitchen has units above and below the worktop, there is also an external door to the rear garden. In terms of appliances, there is an integrated fridge, freezer and space for a freestanding cooker/hob and washing machine.

On the first floor, are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one is a double bedroom at the front of the property. Bedroom two is another double bedroom overlooking the rear garden. Bedroom three is a single bedroom, home office or nursery. The shower room was remodelled in 2021, there is a large walk-in shower, WC and a vanity unit with storage.

Externally, at the front of the property, there is off-street parking and access down the side of the property to the southeast facing rear garden and detached garage. The rear garden provides plenty of potential to extend the property (subject to any necessary permissions and consents). Currently, there is a patio directly at the back of the house, a small lawn and then raised flowerbeds at the end.
