Being a little further from Woodseats high-street means that it is very quiet and on street parking has never been an issue (even when hosting multiple guests). The Co-op and excellent Caribbean Bistro are less than a 2 min walk and regularly come in handy for the odd missing ingredient or evenings out when we've felt a bit lazier. The garden gets plenty of summer sunshine and has been extremely useful for BBQ's as well as relaxing and reading. We will be very sad to be leaving this house and community and hope that whomever moves in will enjoy their time here as much as we have."
