When our clients bought their home 17 years ago their main requirements were to be close to the countryside and within the catchment area for good schools. Fulwood was an area they always liked as it comfortably met both requirements. They fell in love with number 50 because the house has enough space for their needs as a family and the garden is private, South facing and has fantastic views over Mayfield Valley.

The entrance to the property is at the side, this brings you into the hallway that has access to the kitchen/dining room, lounge, downstairs shower room and stairs to the first floor. The lounge is at the front of the property, this has plenty of room for seating and a bay window looking onto the rear garden.

The kitchen/dining room has space for a large dining table on one side and the kitchen on the other, additional worktop space and storage are provided by the kitchen island. The sitting room is partially separated from the kitchen/dining room, it’s a wonderful room to sit with views of the rear garden. The downstairs shower room has a WC, shower cubicle and washbasin.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one is a large double bedroom at the front of the property with built-in wardrobes, a bay window and its own access to the bathroom. Bedroom two is another double bedroom at the rear of the property, it has a storage cupboard under the stairs and stunning views towards Mayfield Valley. Next door is bedroom three, this a large single bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above, a WC and a washbasin.

The second floor has bedroom four, which has further storage space in the eaves and a Velux window at the rear.

Externally, the property sits on a corner plot, the benefit is that there is a large front garden with a lawn and flower beds and plenty of room on the side for off-street parking for multiple cars. The south-facing rear garden has a patio directly at the back of the property with steps down to the lawn.
